What We Do
Queen Anne Relationship Therapy is contracted with major insurance carriers such as Premera Blue Cross, Regence Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, etc., as well as several Employee Assistance Programs such as Wellspring and First Choice.
It is the client's responsibility to obtain any required pre-authorization for outpatient mental health services. We submit claims to the insurance companies with whom we are contracted or can create Superbills for clients to submit on their own.
Fees are based on either 55 minute or 85 minute sessions. We charge a standard rate for one therapist and $50 more for the addition of a second therapist. For current rates, please contact us (see contact page).
Payment by cash, check or credit card is expected at the time of service. 24-hour minimum cancellation notice is required or the full session fee will be charged to the client.
