What We Do

The core of our approach involves exploring the quality of our client’s relationships with one’s mate, family, friends, colleagues and self.

Our goal is to assist people in identifying and expressing their emotions. We focus on the development of empathy for others and oneself, as this establishes trust and safety in which to be vulnerable.

Since March 2020, our practice has moved to Telehealth platforms only.  We invite clients to be comfortable at home, having sessions via video or phone.

Insurance Coverage and Fees

Queen Anne Relationship Therapy is contracted with major insurance carriers such as Premera Blue Cross, Regence Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, etc., as well as several Employee Assistance Programs such as Wellspring and First Choice.

It is the client's responsibility to obtain any required pre-authorization for outpatient mental health services. We submit claims to the insurance companies with whom we are contracted.

Fees are based on either 50 minute or 80 minute sessions.   For current rates, please contact us (see contact page).

Payment by credit card is expected at the time of service.  24-hour minimum cancellation notice is required or the full session fee will be charged to the client.
